Notes deleted from iCloud
I have deleted all my notes from iCloud from the Storage Manager by accident.
All my notes have disappeared from all my devices.
Is there a way I can recover them?
No , they are erased and can't be recovered .

I didn't set time machine.
I deleted them from the Storage manager, just like you describe above.
It's impossible to recover them then?
They are erased immediately from iCloud server and Mac as you deleted from storage manager , suppose you have deleted only from iCloud.com then they have moved to recently deleted folder and kept for 30 days .
