Hi all
I downloaded free malwarebytes onto IPad, but can not figure out how to use it. I did follow instructions from the Malwarebytes app and internet website. It says to do this
Go to: Settings
Tap Safari
Tap Content Blockers
Toggle on Malewarebytes Ad Blocking
I get ?????????????????????

MalwareBytes is excellent software for the Mac, where its main purpose is to find and remove junk you've already installed.
It's useless on an iOS device as there is no malware (virus, Trojan, worm) that can be installed on a non-jailbroken iPhone or iPad. They only thing it's doing is ad blocking. There are better choices for that.
As LotusPilot noted, 1Blocker works well. As does the free version of AdGuard.
Very often you get exactly what you pay for - in this case, nothing.
You could attempt a forced-restart to see if it makes any difference, but my recommendation would be to delete this App and instead download and use 1Blocker for Safari - which is both highly affective and relaible.
