Help Please! Iphone 7 being taken over remotely both data & wifi

Please help!!! My I phone 7 ( all apps & software up to date) gets taken over at the same time every night. I immediately turned off wifi & switched to data only - same problem. The screen begins trembling, tabs in "history" flip through the screen, other weirdness happens so fast.

Both Safari, Duck Duck Go and a game affected.

Hijacker even played next move in game being played, typed in new address in search bar. I'm afraid to check my accounts now ( necessary in this pandemic)

Phone is NOT" jailbroken".
