new wireless connectivity issues iPhone XS

Hey all! Got new internet from CenturyLink. All my devices set up just fine, but my cell. My cell connects to the old network fine, just not the new. When I "configureIP manual" it will but then interferes with other devices "IP used on other device.." Any ideas?

I updated all devices, updated the router, wiped the phone and installed back from iCloud, ...

We would appreciate any and all input. Thank you!
