Hi all

got low volume from right ear left ear is fine

tried cleaning with ear bud etc but still no better

can anyone help ?

Hello,

Low-volume is a symptom of needing to be cleaned. You might try again:

If no help, try this:

Go to Settings > Accessibility > Audio/Visual and scroll down to “Balance L vs R” (Adjust the audio volume balance) and make changes.
