I can’t get rid of this

This has been on my phone for the last 3 days and I can’t get rid of it any idea what it may be?

Calendar spam is on your iPhone because you allowed it by clicking on a link in an email, message or web site. Go into Settings and find the installed calendars. Delete those you don't recognize.
