See -> If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes", contact Apple Support for help.


Additional:


You need to have a good Service & Wi-Fi.


Low Power Mode is On.

Charge the iPhone & wait until the battery is fully charged (100%).

The Low Power Mode will turned off automatically.
