Typically, glass doesn't break by itself and Apple typically does NOT provide warranty for broken glass. The back glass is fused to the phone and cannot be repaired. If the phone was broken out of the box, you should have contacted Apple immediately.

Apple is the final decision maker here. You'll have to send the phone to Apple for evaluation, since Apple stores are closed.

You have the standard warranty.

The warranty does not cover accidental damage or abuse.

No one here can determine whether Apple will consider the breakage accidental damage or a defect in materials. Typically, it will depend on whether there is any evidence of an impact or other shock to the device.

You will have to contact Apple directly.

2nd, you mention that it cant be repair ? Is it confirmed ? I mean if someone broke his back glass cant be repair again by apple themselves??

You need to contact Apple and discuss the matter with them. They are the ones who will make the final decision about what services they will offer and at what cost.

I dont know at the time of purchase , o have paid full amount for my iphone , bug when i just checked in warranty status by putting my serial number it shows that “ my iphone is covered under repair and service “ and “ ACTIVE “ is mention there

and the expiry date is april 2021 !

so what does that mean ? Is it cover or not ?

i am very confused now
