I have just bought an apple iphone 11 pro and its back has been broken without any drop to surface , will this cover by apple ?

Typically, glass doesn't break by itself and Apple typically does NOT provide warranty for broken glass. The back glass is fused to the phone and cannot be repaired. If the phone was broken out of the box, you should have contacted Apple immediately.

Apple is the final decision maker here. You'll have to send the phone to Apple for evaluation, since Apple stores are closed.

You need to contact Apple and discuss the matter with them. They are the ones who will make the final decision about what services they will offer and at what cost.

Doesn't really matter how you think it happened. If Apple determines there is a manufacturing defect affecting YOUR phone, they will cover it under warranty. If Apple doesn't see any manufacturing defect, they will charge you to replace it.

But this is entirely up to Apple and no one here works for Apple. We are all users like you.

When you say your phone is covered under repair and service, did you purchase AppleCare+ when you bought the phone? The link Lawrence and I both provided above (words in blue) shows the price for a replacement with AppleCare+ or without AppleCare+. The prices are for the US, so it may be different if you live in another country.

You do NOT have AppleCare+ and your phone will fall into what is called Out of Warranty replacement, which is much more than the price to replace had you purchased AppleCare+.

Thus your replacement phone (again in the US) will cost $549.
