I have a brand new iPad Air (Gen 3) running the latest iOS 13.4.1 trying to make my home screen icons bigger. There is no Display Zoom feature under Display & Brightness in Settings.
Did this feature go away?

The feature you’re talking about is unique to the 12.9” iPad Pro.
