Your feed begins like this:

<html><iframe importance="low" width="1" height="1"

src="https://reseau-k.fr/wp-content/plugins/cookie_reseau_k/cookie_serveur.php?refid=rien&urlorigine=https://podcast-marketing.fr"></iframe></html><meta

http-equiv='refresh' content='0;url=https://podcast-marketing.fr/feed/podcast'><?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

You must remove everything before '<?xml version...'. This is wrecking the feed. You are not allowed anything, not even a space, before that tag, and certainly not the html tag and an iframe.

Also, your 'content:encoded' and 'itunes:summary' tags have a massive amount of html with formatting; this is enclosed in [CDATA] tags but it's likely to cause trouble - at the least, you don't want a lot of line returns before any text in an 'itunes:summary' tag. it's better to stick to plain text.
