Use iPad as a Trackpad

I would like to use my ipad mini 3 as a good trackpad or touchpad for my computer, being able to use 1, 2, 3 and 4 fingers to be able to scroll through pages, switch applications and work areas and other functions, for less response time I do not care ir i have to connect the cable on the ipad and on the computer.

Does anyone know of a software that has this capability? all that I have used in this branch work a maximum of 2 fingers and always with a long delay.

If there is no software in this field would someone be willing to develop with me? I'm a C programmer, java, javascript, node js, react, python ... but without much experience on how to make interactions with the ipad screen to be passed via cable or bluetooth to the computer.

There are many iOS app in the iOS App Store that will let you use an iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad as a trackpad for another computer.

Unfortunately, I believe most of these are designed to use with a Mac and NOT with a Windows PC.

There are

Remote Mouse

Remote Mouse & Keyboard

Full Control Remote for Mac

Rowmote/Rowmote Pro

Remote: Mouse/Keyboard

Better Touch Tool ( BTT ) Remote Control
