Airpod Pro making static/scratchy sound

I've had my airpod pros for over 3 months and just today the right airpod starting making this static/scratchy noise if the volume is over 75%. Ive tried resetting my airpod pros but I still hear the noise. Is there any other way to fix this?

iPhone 11, iOS 13
