Hi, I have just ordered apple tv 4k, I have ordered the wrong one because I have a HD tv, will it still work ok, rather than sending back and then waiting for re delivery,

I recieved Apple TV 4k Model A2737 but want the Model 2843 instead. I have not opened the Model A2737, how do I go about returning this model and getting the A2843 model Apple 4kTV 128 GB I want to return the Apple TV 4k Model A2737 for a Model 2843 128Gb so I can use an ethernet connection as well as wifi. The Model A2737 is UOPNENED and given as a gift to me from a distant relative. I have no receipt but it is still in the original package with S/N: WY***XQK. I bought 2 apple tv 4k and both dont work they said I had to contact you They told me.u could help me get these replaces since I spent 400non 2

You can use the 4K version with an HD TV. It automatically recognize your TV and set the resolution accordingly.
