Apple TV sent back - awaiting new one
Hi I ordered an Apple TV that stopped working after 3 hours. I spoke to someone at support the next day and they recommended sending it back to Apple and that they would ship me a new one. I got the package to ship the TV back in and I did that. I would like to know the status of my Apple TV and when the new one will come. I have no number to track or an idea of the new one and it's been over a week since i shipped back the non working Apple TV.
