In a word, no.

The iPad Pro 10.5” and the iPad Air3 (which is based upon the Pro 10.5”) have the same physical dimensions and interfaces.

The iPad7, with a 10.2” screen, is not compatible with the STM Plus Due Case for the 10.5-inch models. There’s a big clue to this in the product title. As such, you’ll not be able to use this case with the iPad7.
