Got locked out of an apple ID a few months ago and had to get a new one. Current issue is I need to cancel a pandora subscription that was opened through that account and I am unable to access that account. I have been in contact with Pandora and they are unable to do anything about it. I doubt apple can either since they could not assist in restoring that apple ID. I am thinking a stop payment will cancle the subscription but pandora was unable to give me a concrete answer on this as well. Any help would be appreciated.

Give this a shot: If you have a problem with a subscription, see Subscriptions and Services https://support.apple.com/en-euro/billing. If you think you have a refund coming, then use the request a refund link. It will take you to Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple https://support.apple.com/en-euro/HT204084
