I can’t download any apps

i get a message that my Apple/ITunes account has been disabled.

you support keeps advising me down load a credit card for the file. It still does not work. Ongoing for two months

It's not 'our support', we are fellow users, these are user forums.


You contacted iTunes Support as instructed : If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support

and they said to enter a card on the account ? Have you contacted them again saying that didn't work ?
