Hi, Dear
I am interested to buy new iPhone SE and i am in China. I am going to pre-order it from Apple.com but i am a little curious if the brand of iPhone in China and America is similar? If i can use social media apps including Facebook, twitter, YouTube etc on the phone i will buy in China?

You cannot buy a US model phone if you are in China. Apple does not ship out of the country where you place the order, so you would have to travel to the US or have someone in the US buy it and ship it to you. But then the warranty and service options require the phone to be serviced in the country where it was purchased, also, so if it ever needed service you would have to send it to someone in the US.

You can probably download them from gthe App store if they are available, but won't be able to use them in China if the government blocks access to their servers.
Again, this has nothing to do withn the iPhone itself, its wether or not the Government resticts them and as such internet providers are forced to block access to those servers.
The Phone is the same.
If China places restrictions on certain things such as Facebook or Youtube, then you will not be able to use them while in China, but that is not something the iPhone has anything to do with. Its the networks in China that block it not the iPhone itself.
If using the iPhone outside of China, then any sites should work normally.
