Find a web browser on another computer - then attempt to recover access to your AppleID account here:

https://iforgot.apple.com

You will hopefully be able to access your primary email (corresponding to your AppleID) using your email providers webmail. Otherwise, any of your secondary/recovery email addresses - or any of your trusted telephone numbers should be adequate.

Once you have recovered your credentials, you can log-in to your AppleID here:

https://appleid.apple.com

You can use any computer with a web browser to recover your AppleID and associated password. You don’t need to attempt this from your iPad - but you will need these credentials to overcome the Activation Lock.

Until you recover your AppleID and password, your iPad will forever be unusable.
