Latest ios facing charging issues

Hi team,

I am using iphone X .i have updated the device to the latest software 13.4.1,but i have been facing an issue. when i charge my device it not charging, so i have purchased new original iphone charger thats too not able to charge my iphone.. Then only i came under the solution that only Sofware issues happen for my device IPHONE X..

While im connect my windows laptop, its shows an error message - "the last USB device you connected to this computer malfunctioned, and windows does not recognize it "

So could you please re-check and fix the issues ASAP.. thank you!
