I own a macbook pro 2019 and a macbook pro 2015 both Catalina 10.15.3. I just bought an Ipad pro 2020 and i want to use it as a second display. Unfortunately i cannot activate it! And even sidecar does not see it. Anyone knows a workaround?

In System Preferences > Sidecar > Are you able to select your iPad? Does it work if you physically connect your iPad Pro to your Macintosh?

I just noticed that in your post you say MacBook Pro 2019 and MacBook Pro 2015. Sidecar is not compatible with Macintosh models manufactured before 2016.
no, sidecar does not see any device. Nothing changes with the ipad plugged in
i know it is not, but even airdisplay does not appear....and it should. and the problem on the BRAND-NEW MAC stays.

Im also having the same issue. Air Play is alway set to off. Having a 2013 macbook air.
Airplay displays always off!
