iPhone photo info doesn't match lens specs

I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max which has 3 cameras, Wide (1X), Ultra Wide (.5X) and Telephoto (2X) which have 26mm, 13mm and 52mm lenses respectively. When I take a photo in wide mode the info that shows up for the photo is 4.5mm instead of 26mm. The other 2 modes info are also inconsistent with the lens specs. I am not using an "in between setting like 1.2X or 2.4X or anything like that, just straight 1X, 2X, .5X. Why is the lens data inconsistent with the specs?

No lens information Hi! I'm trying to get info from the Photos app in regards to the last photos/videos I took with my iPhone 13Pro but I'm noticing that the photo's info is ok, but the videos show the message "No lens information". Also, the same message is shown on the iPhone as well. Here are the examples of the photo and the video information windows. Is there any way to recover that info or what we need to do to get that info from now on? Thanks!!

iPhone 12 Pro lost ultra wide lens after 16.0 update Is there a fix to get the ultra wide 0.5x (13mm) lens setting back in camera ”photo” mode on my iPhone 12Pro? Interestingly I still get the 0.5x option in “slo-mo” and “pano” but not in other modes. I lost the option in photo after the iOS 16.0 upgrade I installed about a year ago. Now running 16.3.1 and it still doesn’t work. Please help.
