I was charged $10.99 for a $4.99 purchase how do I get my money back?

First, go to this link and follow the instructions to see what you were charged for—>See your purchase history for the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support

If there is a problem then use this link—>Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support
