controlling itself??

so I have an iphone 7 and after i used a different adapter my phone has started to act on its own , is there anyway to fix that?


example:

I start using the phone and when i attempt to type in my passcode the screen goes haywire and starts going crazy , bringing the screen down, typing in random numbers! I dont want to upgrade right now, so please is there anyway to fix this?

Try to Force ReStart the iPhone as shown in this article by Apple âž” How to Force ReStart Your iPhone.

See if that helps. If your iPhone has developed a hardware issue from the "different" adapter that you used then you will need to have it examined at an Apple Store or an authorized repair center.
