Hello! May I ask for assistance for changing my settings since I change a new number but every time trying to log in...I was directed to I cloud that my son set up for me and don't know it is?

See if you can recover the ID/password.
Apple ID - How to find your Apple An iCloud e-mail address is an Apple ID.
Enter the Apple (iCloud) ID and click Forgot Password.
