Apple watch trouble

I have had my apple watch (bought it brand new) for about 7 months and has been good until a month ago where it died at 80% and then the battery lasted 4 hours after i got it working. Then i stopped reviving notifications and now my watch called Emergency SOS every half an hour scaring me as i don’t need them. I contacted apple support and they were useless. They ran a diagnostic test and said nothing was wrong so they sent me on my way, but clearly something is wrong. Can someone help me on what to do?

Try this;

To force reset your Apple Watch, press and hold both the side button and Digital Crown for about 10 seconds or until the apple logo appears, then release both buttons when you see the Apple logo.

And if that doesn't work try an unpair and re-pair of the watch.
