I just read a discussion about how to solve the problem of unchecking the Silence choices under Do Not Disturb. No one answered correctly. I found the answer.

It would be very nice of you to share this valuable information, preferably in the thread of the original question.
The answer is:
Go to DO NOT DISTURB
After turning off the DND people were missing calls when the phone was locked. No one could figure out how to uncheck the options under SILENCE:
There were only two options:
ALWAYS or
WHILE IPHONE IS LOCKED
You could not uncheck both, it was either or.
Here’s what worked for me:
Scroll down to:
AUTO -REPLY TOa
click on: ALL CONTACTS then back to NO ONE
When you click back and scroll back up to SILENCE the green check will be gone!
*If the check is still there just repeat the process.
How do I do that? Go back to it? I tried before and it didn’t let me reply?
