When I change location to my country “EGYPT” can’t find any thing about watches?

You can get technical information by changing to a different country. Apple doesn't appear to sell the watch directly in Egypt.

Not knowing, it may be that the Apple Watch cannot be purchased in Egypt. What happens if you type www.apple.com/watch
