How can I check about a refund for an subscription that Apple did a refund on, it’s not showing back as credit to my iTunes account

Refund that I was not given I requested iTunes for a refund for an app that I accidentally made a purchase for and was notified that I was refunded for that purchase on Dec 1, but I never received any refund. How can I get my refund?

Refund If you got refund on iTunes acct, how long does it take to post to your iTunes acct and see the fund? I got the refund on 8/31/20, and I still don’t see the credit on my iTunes acct. please advise. Thanks Christine

In my experience it will take at least 48 hours. Weekends not included. Delays with your card provider not included.
