Early 2015 Macbook Pro 13" Error Code: PPM003 (Memory module failure) and Failure to install MacOS

My Early 2015 Macbook Pro 13" has been failing to install MacOS in Recovery Mode after a series of Kernel Panics. I have been given the message "Failed to verify INSTALLESD.dmg: hdiutil verify failed" during the installation of MacOS. I did a hardware diagnose and got the error code PPM003. What should my precede action be to fix these problems?

MacBook Pro 13", OS X 10.11

That means the diagnostic detected a hardware issue with the laptop's memory. Since the memory is part of the Logic Board you will need to arrange a repair with Apple. If Apple Stores or AASPs are not open in your area, then click on the "Contact Support" link at the top right of this page to see if you may be able to mail the laptop to Apple for the repair. This option is not available in all regions.
