MacBook pro detected an error!

I have MacBook pro late 2011 13inch,I upgraded laptop memories to 4Gb and changed hard drive to SSD hard,when I was install high Sierra os said couldn't install os,and detected an error:

4MEM/9/40000000: 0x85d71998


I should say I can load camputer with old hard but when I was install os,I had problem

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.13

Yes, exactly.I change ram to orginal,8Gb to 4Gb and error is remove, but my install problem about OS remains,I can't install high Sierra os,I don't know why show "couldn't install os" message,I try with appstore and boot flash🤦
