Hey mommy2michele,

Thanks for reaching back out. Try creating a test user account to see if the issue persists. Creating a test user account can help determine if the issue is caused by third-party software: How to test an issue in another user account on your Mac. There's steps to take further in that resource, depending if the issue happens in the test user account or not but you can also let us know the results.

If you're still having trouble, let us know if it's only the one website that's having this issue. You may want to reach out to the developer of that website.

Have a great day.

Hey mommy2michele,

I see that you're unable to access a website on Safari.

You mentioned that you've cleared the cookies and cache. Are these the steps used to clear the history and data? Clear your browsing history in Safari on Mac - Apple Support. Also check to make sure there are no extensions turned on that could be preventing access to the website. Go to Safari > Preferences, then click Extensions. Deselect the extension’s checkbox to remove it. Restart Safari then see if that resolves the issue. Here's some more information about managing Safari extensions: Get extensions to customize Safari on Mac - Apple Support.

Keep us updated.

Yes I have cleared my history using the steps you mentioned. I have, under Developer menu cleared my cache. After doing this I have restarted my computer. I have unplugged it and restarted that way also. I looked at my extensions under the developers menu but don't know what each one does. I continue to get the message another window is open. It has a Sad face icon on the page with it. I have owned a Mac for 20+ years and this is the first time I have seen a page like this.
