Purchase of coin for the game ‘pokerist’

Why am I being charge in US dollars when My ID is in Singapore.

have require the app support and they advise to change my location, but my location is always Singapore.

the funny thing is when I purchase a 28 dollar. My bank reflect $28. But when I purchase a $68, my bank reflect $111. I have purchase MANY 68.

Please return all my money if Apple charge me wrongly. Kindly refer back how many time I have paid $68 and was charged $111.
