Hi, I am getting the error in the photo attached when trying to set up the Jennis exercise app.
I have followed a trouble shoot to reset my network, but I am still getting the same error.

It could be a temporary glitch (keeping in mind that, in this awful Covid-19 period, cellular networks and Internet are tremendously stressed).
When did it start happening? What is the "Finish setting up your iPhone" alert message?
As far as gmail is concerned, have you checked Settings>Passwords & Accounts>[your account]>Advanced, and see if SSL is turned on?
Have you already tried to "Force" restart your iPhone?:--> Force restart iPhone – Apple Support

If that happens only using that app, I would try and contact Jennis support team and ask them about your problem.

Hi Giulio,
thank you for your response and your help.
Unfortunately, I am getting the same issue with gmail and also the Apple ID suggestions as the photo shows.
Have you experienced this before?

Have you managed to find the solution. I have the same issue. I have done many tshoot but no luck so far.
