Apple IPad COVER NOT RETURNED

I recently sent my daughters ipad in for repair. It was sent back to us without her cover. I have tried contacting Apple and can't seem to speak to a real person. Does anybody have any ideas on how I can get it back?

It’s likely too late now, but my recollection of the published procedure states that you should only send the iPad - without accessories - when returning Items for repair or replacement by Apple.


Any replacement (refurbished) devices are shipped from a different location to that where you send your return/repair.


Sorry, not what were hoping to learn, but your iPad Case is very likely long lost.
