Was a bug of the iMac user... I've solved with a kindly Apples care Cloud technician!
My son's user has inherited the old PARENTAL CONTROL's settings (the old one application before USAGE TIME) and so was corrupted...
I've to cancel the user and create a new one to solve!
Simply, clear, Apple!
