Mac mini AirPort.
Can anyone tell me what models of the Mac mini have a built in AirPort Extreme. I read some where some Mac mini’s have them built in. I’d like to use it to extend my base station.

None. Mac Minis do not have built in Airport Extremes.
What they had, along with most other Macs from the time is a wireless network card for connections to wireless networks. The network card was first branded as an Airport card.
In 2003 Apple branded their new improved network cards that supported 802.11g wifi networks as Airport Extreme cards and kept that name for future iterations of that network card. They are not and have no relation to the Airport Extreme routers Apple would eventually produce.
Mac Minis with the Airport Extreme Cards are the 2009 (early and late) and 2010 models.
