Could barely hear anyone on a call

I just purchased an iPhone 11 Pro. Whenever I made a phone call I could barely hear the person on the other end of the line. Turning up the volume did not help. However it was the screensaver that I had put on my phone. There is a cut out for the speaker at the top did not realize that because my other phones never had them. I had this speaker cover. Turn the screen saver around so the cut out was at the top of my phone, thus uncovering the speaker!!! (Duh!!!).

It’s great now, can hear everything and everyone. Operator error is all I can say....... lol
