After setting my phone up I am getting the following; Update Apple Settings Some account services will not be available until you sign in again. I sign in, but nothing happens and I get the statement above again.

What is the issue?

Use the same Apple ID every time and everywhere that you sign in. Please use one Apple ID for all Apple services like the App Store, iCloud, iMessage, FaceTime, Apple Music etc.
