pop up about server identity

I keep getting the below pop up on my phone But I do not have a hotmail mail address and one has never, to my knowledge, been logged into on my phone! Please help!

I have various Gmail accounts, and they are all linked in the Mail app. This means that (i) I do not know which account creates the problem; (ii) I do not know how to fix this. Any feedback on that would be very much appreciated. Thank you!

Hi nothing happens the box just disappears
