Change screen time passcode

My change screen time passcode function is not working. I’ve updated to newest iOS and the change passcode button is there but when I enter Apple ID and password it just says failed passcode attempt. Anyone else having issues or know how to fix?

iPhone X, iOS 13

If you forgot your passcode

You need a computer to follow these steps. If you don't have a computer, borrow one from a friend.

if you have forgotten the Screen Time Passcode use this link If you forgot your Screen Time passcode - Apple Support and if you are unable to reset Screen Time passcode then, even if you have a backup everything is lost because restoring will bring back the screen time restrictions (Status Quo).

Without backup what you will get back is what you have synced to iCloud and uploaded to iCloud Drive; information already synced and stored in iCloud, like Contacts, Calendars, Bookmarks, Mail, Notes, Voice Memos, shared photosiCloud Photos *, Health data, call history, and files you store in iCloud Drive.

*-If you had turned on iCloud Photos, your content is automatically stored in iCloud.
