Glitch: Unable to Change Screen Time Passcode on iPhone 6s, iOS 15.4.1

I have an iPhone 6s, and just updated to iOS 15.4.1 and when I follow these directions, I enter my correct AppleID and password and then am brought back to the passcode screen with another “Failed attempt” added to the tally. No “enter new screen time passcode” screen.
