Unable to load apps
This is a question for my elderly mother’s iPad. (She’s 92) She lives in a different location so I have to help her remotely. She is getting an “unable to load” message when she tries to open an app. Just started yesterday. FaceTime, Facebook, email, games will not load. There are only 2 icons showing on her desktop. WiFi is connected. She has rebooted numerous times. This is a 1 year old iPad. Thanks for any help!
