Hello,
I received a new TV and Im trying to configure the Apple TV Remote to control its volume.
The configuration seems to work as the white bar proceeds when I press the Up/Down volume button on my TV remote.
But when I try to change the volume with the Apple TV Remote it doesn't do anything.
Please help

I followed the instructions in the guide you sent me and it the problem remains the same.
Is there anything else I can try?
