Hello, as you can see from the title I cannot make purchase inside apps.
When I'm in app that offers in app purchases for example I click Buy Pro nothing happens nothing shows or pops? I'm in Kosovo Country but if I go to Albania for example it shows to enter payment details but doesn't accept because the credit card is from Kosovo.
So please can someone help me fix this?

Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.

I tried with several Wi-Fi's even with Mobile Data 4G still doesn't work, tried reset, iOS update, hard reset none works.What is more interesting that it works if I change country to Albanian but my Cc doesnt work there.Please don't make me do a factory reset that's a mess especially during this time.
