iPhone 11pro won't turn off with the hard reset. It's frozen. It's overheating. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Force restart iPhone - Apple Support ⬅︎ try this again...
- Press and quickly release the volume up button.
- Press and quickly release the volume down button.
- Press and hold the side button.
- When the Apple logo appears, release the button.
