2 factor ID not available

Need help -setting up 2 factor on iphone 8, on the Password & Security page at the very bottom - there's no option to turn on 2 factor authentication as described, and I did not have two-step authentication turned on my Macbookpro using Yosemite 10.10.5 as suggested previously. Thanks for any help.

2 factor authentication When I go to my security settings and try to turn off two factor authentication, it does not give me the ability or choice to do that. I would like to have this security feature turned off... how can I get that done. Do I need to call customer support??

Two-Factor Authentication requires macOS 10.12 Sierra (or newer).
