I cannot log in to Instagram from my iPhone

I cannot log in to my Instagram from my iPhone using their app, but I can log in through all other devices. I tried deleting and re-installing the app but still its shows me the following error when I try to login with any account:

"Sorry, there was a problem with your request."

I tried even linking my Facebook account to Instagram and still it showing me the same error. I don't want to lose my phone for this issue. I contacted Instagram but unfortunately they said its from the device. I tried to use my old iPhone with my account also I get the same error. I am not sure is there something wrong with my Apple account which is not allowing me to access?
