Can not erase some emails.

I have many junk emails In my IPhone 11 Pro and my iPad 10.5” that I cannot get rid of. I try to delete them individually and as a group using Edit, but they don’t budge. Anyone with this problem? Any ideas? Some are erased and many are not????

Hello,

Try updating to iPadOS 13.4.1 to see if it resolves your problem.

Settings > General > Software Update
