My iPad started trying and scrolling by itself regardless if I was touching the screen or not. I tried a restart, hard reset, and erasing all content and settings back to factory but it still has this glitch of typing letters when I haven’t touched them and scrolling when I am not touching the screen. What can I do to fix this?

sounds like touch disease, if it is the display would likely have to be replaced
